Igor Nochevka is the agronomist of 𝗔𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗼, an agricultural holding based in Krasnokutsk (Pavlodar Oblast) in the north-east of 𝗞𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗸𝗵𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻. Their total farm covers about 𝟱𝟬.𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀, of which 3.500 hectares are irrigated, where they grow 𝟭𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗲𝘀, 250 hectares of carrots and various grain crops.
After expanding their potato acreage significantly, there was a need for a new harvester with the 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. Throughout their search for their ideal potato harvester, they were supported intensively by 𝗔𝗣𝗛 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗞𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗸𝗵𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 and 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 from the APH Group headquarters. As a result, they configured a harvester that meets their requirements, whilst it can deal with 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 in Kazakhstan. On a normal day, Igor and his team are now able to harvest up to 𝟭𝟳 𝗵𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀 whereas in wet conditions they still manage to do 𝟵 𝗵𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀, which is something they cannot achieve with two trailed harvesters resulting in the desired higher capacity. Besides that, they also 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 simultaneously. Overall, a great leap in 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 for Aktogay Agro.
